Six-Week In-Person Group Class

The Alexander Technique is an effective antidote to stress and  strain.  Learn to access your balanced, whole-person coordination by choice and apply it to your life! 

Open to all, from beginners to trainees and teachers.  Class size limited to  8 participants.

Fee:                  $220 — $245 after September 26th
