Next AT IMMERSION WEEKEND: May 2--3, 2026 — Save the Date!
Friday In-Person Alexander Technique Group
Six-week series, Kensington, Maryland
This small group meets weekly, in person, to explore how simple changes in awareness and attention can bring more balance, calm, and enjoyment to our everyday life. The series format helps the work build from week to week.
Alexander work is practical and applies to everything we do, from common activities like standing, sitting, and carrying, to skills such as playing an instrument, dancing, public speaking, exercise, and more. It can be applied at any age, in any condition or circumstance.
Learning in a small group has the benefit of diverse perspectives, with time for personal attention as well as shared exploration.
The group is open to beginners, and those with previous experience, including teachers and trainees.
